Drumbeat Decodables Phonics Book series align with the UFLI Foundations Program, offering an explicit and systematic approach to phonics instruction. The sequenced skill progression builds strong foundational reading skills with confidence and accuracy.
Books 1-12 are the first in a 34-book series following the UFLI scope and sequence. These early titles introduce phonemes and graphemes in a clear, structured order, with new high-frequency words added gradually to develop fluency and comprehension. This cumulative progression helps young readers build automaticity, accuracy, and confidence.
