Indigenous Reflections is honoured to introduce gift sets, blending traditional Indigenous knowledge and culture with the finest ingredients, rooted in the plants of Medicine Wheel.

The Medicine Wheel is an important teaching tool symbolizing the interconnection of all life and it's cyclical nature. The four sacred medicinal plants (sweetgrass, tobacco, sage & cedar) correspond with the four seasons (winter, spring, summer, fall) and the four directions of the wheel (north, east, south, west).
